Cancelled and Postponed Flight Reimbursement from American Airlines
You consent to be lawfully bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in American Airlines Vacations (hereinafter referred to as AAV) or by accessing any AAV website, like Aavacations.com. In all cases, the person making the reservation shall, on behalf of all persons involved in the kit being booked, be deemed to have agreed these terms and conditions.
Policies of Reservations
For AAV bundles, the following terms and conditions apply. Customers must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority, in compliance with the terms and conditions set out below, to do business with AAV. AAV may request customers to provide photo identification at check-in to Validate if the booking name suits their identity.
AAV shall not be accountable for modifications to flight schedules.

Customer Commitment A new window opens. Only American Airlines, Envoy, PSA and Piedmont flights booked as part of an AAV reservation are subject to the conditions found in the Customer Service Plan (hereafter “American Airlines flight reservations”). For other aspects of AAV reservations, such as hotels, tours, rental cars, exhibition tickets, etc., these rules do not apply.
Theme park fares and other travel bookings for non-American airlines. Customers should contact the operating carrier about their Customer Service Plan for flights operated by carriers other than those mentioned in the immediately preceding sentence (for the purposes of these terms and conditions, ‘American Airlines Carriers’ and ‘American Airlines flights’).

Contingency Strategy A new window opens. The provisions found in Longy’s Contingency Plan Tarmac Delays would only extend to flights booked by American Airlines as part of an AAV reservation. Customers should contact the operating carrier for a contingency plan for tarmac disruptions for flights operated by carriers other than American Airlines Carriers.

Any airfares that are subsidized do not allow upgrades to another class of service. At the time of reservation, please confirm.
Any subsidized airfares are not able to receive AAdvantage® miles on American Airlines. At the time of reservation, please confirm. The Carriers of American Airlines Carriers reserve the right without warning to change the qualifying fare classes at any time.
If you have redeemed AAdvantage miles to buy any portion of your kit travel components for transactions made on or before September 3rd, 2019, you will not receive mileage on that journey.
About dangerous materials details
The transportation of unsafe materials on aircraft in your bags or on your body is forbidden by federal law. A breach will result in imprisonment of five years and fines of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidisers, toxins, corrosives, and radioactive materials are toxic materials.

The customer agrees that AAV’s air and hotel prices and rooms can be used solely for private recreational travel (i.e., vacation travel clients). This commodity is not for companies, conferences or gatherings and is not intended for use.If used for some reason other than for personal recreational travel, liable to american airlines cancellation. An AAV kit is non-transferrable — it cannot be used by any other passenger or reimbursed.
Minimum airline hotel stays and hotel bundles
The hotel stay must agree with the itinerary dates of the air reserved when booking air and hotel together, or must have a minimum stay of 3 nights. The hotel in the kit must be placed at the destination of the passenger’s holiday.
Vehicles for rental
Each day of car rental included in the bundle is described as a period of 24 hours starting at the time the car is picked up. For abandoned vehicles or periods, no refunds would be given.
Additional costs would occur if the car is returned after the 24-hour rental period. Car rental costs do not cover taxes, operating costs and additional fees, fuel, discretionary premiums, crash injury waiver (CDW), personal accident insurance, protection against personal belongings, drop-off charges or child safety seats for packages that contain a car.
Any applicable taxes and fees are charged at the time of renting directly to the car rental company. Prior to renting the vehicle, a legitimate driver’s license and large credit card (e.g. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card) will be required and these must be in the name of the driver. The owner of the rented car must have been at least 25 years old. Some vehicles, some cars Also if they bear the logo of a big credit card agency, car rental firms can not accept bank check/debit cards. In order to validate appropriate forms of payment, check directly with the car rental place.
Complete payment is expected at the time of reservation. Prices, hotel availability, flight times and travel schedules are only promised until AAV receives full payment. AAV retains the right to consider the customer’s reservation as canceled if the amount owed is not charged on schedule. Both rates are in U.S. dollars, and all airfares include government taxes required, section costs, airport passenger facility fees (PFCs), protection fees for September 11 and federal segment fees.
Box price changes will not be made until payment is issued, nor will any cost reductions be enforced retroactively after booking. AAV retains the right to rectify any mistakes. After purchase, government taxes and fees are subject to adjustment.
Tariffs for kids
Unique children’s pricing will be available and will be quoted depending on request for the overall package amount. The customer will be responsible for extra costs for cribs, rollaway beds, baby car seats and related special request items and must be billed directly to the hotel or rental car provider. Check-in restrictions for hotels can apply (most hotels in Las Vegas require one guest to be at least 21 years old).
AAV fares do not contain premium costs levied by airlines (see “Optional Airline Fees”). Excluded from the package/tour price are resort costs, drinks, shows, guides, tips, electricity surcharge, telephone surcharge, phone calls, food, insurance, room service, laundry, parking fees, pet charges or other items of a personal nature not otherwise specified in the advertised prices. Both personal costs must be charged prior to the hotel’s departure or until the rental car is returned. Upon check-in at the hotel, a large credit card, cash, deposit and photo identification will be required.
